I’ve always believed that success is built through relationships.

The kind of relationships that aren’t just transactional, but genuine, supportive, and filled with possibility.

Over the years, I’ve attended countless networking events, business groups, and masterminds. I’ve experienced firsthand what it feels like to walk into a room and not know a soul. I’ve also felt the magic of being in the right room, surrounded by people who truly see you, support you, and challenge you to rise.

I knew there had to be a way to create more of those moments. Moments where women don’t just exchange business cards, they build friendships, collaborations, and legacies.

That’s why I created Women in Business SWFL.

How It All Began

I never set out to create a business community. I set out to create a space where women could be themselves and grow.

I saw a need for a different kind of experience. One where women could walk into a room and instantly feel welcome, included, and inspired. One where every woman whether she was just starting out or scaling a multi-million-dollar business could have a seat at the table.

I wanted to create a space where:

Women could show up as themselves - no pressure, no obligations.

Business connections could happen naturally, in an environment that felt fun, engaging, and high-energy.

We could learn, grow, and elevate together - not just through networking, but through powerful conversations, incredible speakers, and shared experiences.

And so, Women in Business SWFL was born.
