When I hosted my first Women in Business event, I wasn’t sure if it would matter to anyone. I knew I could put an event together, but I didn’t know if other women would truly find value in it.

That day, I was so focused on the details that I didn’t realize something special was happening. It wasn’t until afterward, when messages and posts started pouring in, that I understood. Women were excited. They wanted more. They wanted to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

At that time in my own life, I felt isolated. I wanted to grow my business but didn’t know how, and I didn’t have a community of women who understood my journey. So, I created what I needed most — a space where women could feel seen, valued, and inspired to keep going.

If I can give another woman that feeling, I know it will give her the confidence to grow her business, recognize her value, and see the difference she is making. When women know what they are doing matters, they don’t just run a business. They lead, they create transformation, and they show the next woman what is possible.
